Sponsor a sister

I.F.T.S wants to lend a helping hand with family building options. If you know anyone who is deserving of financial assistance located in Michigan please fill out the application form letting us know who you are, who you want to sponsor and why. Please give a good detailed story so we can better understand what that person, couple or family is experiencing. 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THERE IS A $25.00 DOLLAR NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE THAT GOES TOWARDS THE FUNDS OF I.F.T.S TO CONTINUE TO MAKE COUPLES DREAMS COME TRUE. THIS FEE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FIRST IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED BELOW THROUGH PAYPAL.

We will sponsor one family a year from Michigan with up to $1,500 dollars to go towards the medical costs for their infertility journey. The recipient would need to have an infertility diagnoses ( this could be a letter from the doctor's office) from a licensed fertility doctor practicing at an accredited infertility clinic with whom they should be under the care of. After choosing the recipient we will then send a check directly to the infertility office. In addition to this we will meet up with the person, couple or family for a meeting and to discuss the future with I.F.T.S.
